It's All Too Good Man!

Good Grief

As I was calmly raking my apples into a nice pyramid shaped
stack a thought hit me out of the blue. If I was Two and a Half
times as old as the before mentioned in the held in high esteem
Corbie, I would have to be older than dirt. Heart rate excellerating
and blood pressuer climbing I did some quick head math and realalized
this is not quite the case, close thou,
me being 59. I have read that age is just a bunch of numbers
someone figured out sometime before I was born but they do have
some merit as around 60 hair starts turning gray here and there
and on close inspection looking, there is not quite as much of it left.
So now after letting my heart rate come down below 200, undoing myself
from a meditation position, I will calmly and collectivly go back to my task.

Love, Light and Om

Age is just a number. My husband, Steve, is way closer in age to you than he is to me.

Is he open to most any music?
I fear that my likes of music including the 90's and a lot of currant stuff is out of place for a guy my age. I may have said this before, but I probably didn't do a lot of growing during the 20 to 25 years of "use and abuse"

Mudflap - my list is full of stuff that is from 'your' time. I have very little clue about modern music other than a few exceptions. Pick what you like - it's the only way to go. And did you realize that Penny and I were born within 11 days of each other and both attended the Devlin Center daycare and then found each other years later? The universe works in mysterious ways :)

What I was trying to say Corbie is that most of the music that runs thru my head with the exception of the well known groups slid right past me as a teen to later daze. I am clueless about the mid 70's to mid'80's that is about where I kick back in. My music tastes are not as varied as yours and are well, on the beam balance heavy toward 85 to 05. I never had the chance to listen to Country as I would have been tarred and feathered and ran out of town on a stick. I'm glad my parents were not into classical or I would be all messed up. I can see right now I must learn the way of the IPOD. Penny probably told me, in fact now that reminded, I recall the Devlin Center Daycare and that you two were close in birthdays. Does that include age? I know, I know, a man is not to ask a woman her age.

Let's see now ether travelers. I would guess Corbie, just knowing you are close to Penny in days, you are Aquarius. Penny is pretty much on the cusp and is true to form. I see this just from a picture you pasted of her intentely opening a wine bottle. It shows. Tristan and Lindsey I would be curious. Lindsey I can tell you are full of the prankster, possibly Gemini and Tristan just possible Taurus maybe more of one of the settled down signs. Me, I'm Capricorn right in the middle thou show some Aquarius and Sagittarius. Chinese symbols I am the Ox (Yin) but barely. Water is my fixed element in the 2nd Trine. I think if my mom would have pushed just a little earlier or waited just a little longer.......

Dude, I'm a Scorpio! I don't know what that means in terms of my personality traits. So you tell me...

I am an Aquarius, Mudflap and true to form on that one too. If my mom had pushed me out a few days sooner...well, her butt just would have hurt a few days earlier :)

Well Tristan, to make it easy, here you are. Scorpio (The Scorpion) (fixed, water, social): Keyword: "I desire". The Scorpio person is passionate, secretive, powerful, penetrating, perspicacious, intense, determined, purposeful, imaginative, insightful, perceptive, deep, complex, analytical, inquisitive, resourceful, ambitious, shrewd, magnetic, hypnotic, creative and mysterious. They can also sometimes be cunning, suspicious, compulsive, aggressive, jealous, and controlling. Suitable occupations are where the penetrating mind and determined attitude can prevail; such as research work, detective, physicist, doctor, surgeon, engineer, butcher, lawyer. The Water form of Scorpio is Calm Murky Water that holds unknown things. As copied from Wikipedia. Close?

Corbie even if I hadn't known that you and Penny were close, there was no doubt in my mind.

To all, can you in two words descripe youself? For me it would be so easy. Helter Skelter. I did not have a smooth transition, in fact still am in to process to some degree.

Have a great day kids

2 words:

Insecure Egotist.

I'm sort of joking about that last word, sort of.

Mudflap said...

Lindsey, I don't know you other than I have read a lot of your blogs. I doubt Egotist, would criticalistor pointyourfingerist
And then wish you hadn't work? See I can even make up words besides not spelling right. I should have your e mail,
If you want get mine from Tristan or Penny. That is if you want.+

Thanks Lindsey, yes Penny is quite a kid. I thouht you two knew one another. They do say an apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. Fortunately, she did not inherit my addictive behavior. I think all the kids learned from the parents mistakes so there was something gained in our worse than bad behavior.
